Waiver Agreement

IMPORTANT WAIVER INSTRUCTIONS

The Lab is a bouldering facility for adults only. All participants must be 18 years of age or older and must complete their own waiver prior to entering the facility.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required to finalize your waiver in person.

• Waivers cannot be signed by friends, relatives, or group leaders on behalf of another participant.

• Each adult must complete their own waiver and sign electronically.
